Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations by guests

  • 7 or more days before check-in: full refund of the stay amount.

  • 3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% refund of the stay amount.

  • Less than 72 hours before check-in, or no-show: no refund of the stay amount.

  • Leaving early: unused nights are not refunded.

Security bond

  • If you cancel, your bond is refunded in full, whatever the refund on the stay amount.

Date changes

  • One free date change if requested 7 or more days before check-in, subject to availability. Any price difference applies.

Cancellations by SPACES

  • If we have to cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund of the stay and bond, or other dates if you prefer.

Refunds

  • Paid within 5 working days to the account or M-PAiSA number you paid from.

  • Transfer fees charged by your bank or M-PAiSA are not refundable.

Late payments

  • Received after the 24-hour hold, with the dates still free: we confirm your stay.

  • Received after the dates have been booked by someone else: full refund within 5 working days, or other dates.
