There's air conditioning, hot water, Wi-Fi, a 65" smart TV, and your own washing machine and dryer. Step outside to a private front terrace (53.40 sqm) or the rear terrace (15.26 sqm), which looks out over the creek and greenery. The flat sleeps 6, and we can host up to 10 guests in total, with an extra-guest fee for each guest over 6.

Parking and arrival

There's off-street parking on the property for up to five vehicles, plus two more spaces at the front, which makes it easy for groups and work teams arriving in more than one car.

The property has one front gate. From there, the Garden Flat has its own private pathway and entrance on its own level, so your space is entirely yours.

Check-in is self-service: we'll send you a code for the key lockbox before you arrive, so there's no need to meet a host.

What's nearby

Nakasi is one of the busiest and fastest-growing suburbs on the Suva–Nausori corridor, and everything you need is a short drive away.

  • Rups Mega Complex: shopping, services and a Burger King with drive-through, with McDonald's Nakasi directly opposite
  • CJS Supermarket complex (corner of Kings Road and Nakasi Road): a supermarket plus shops and dining
  • Nakasi Market: fresh local produce, seafood, street food and everyday essentials
  • Kings Road: a wide choice of supermarkets, bakeries, food courts, banks, pharmacies and takeaways

Central Suva, Nausori town and Nausori Airport are all an easy drive away.

Security bond

Direct bookings require one refundable security bond, paid with your booking:

  • Standard stays: FJD 200
  • Stays of 28+ nights, or any stay between 20 Dec and 5 Jan: FJD 500

The bond is refunded within 48 hours of check-out.

  2. We'll send payment details. Pay in full by bank transfer or M-PAiSA within 24 hours to secure your dates. The refundable security bond is paid at the same time.

  3. Email your proof of payment to stay@spacesfiji.com.

  4. We confirm your booking, and before you arrive we send your self check-in details.
