Northern Air from Nausori
Northern Air is based at Nausori. Its website lists Taveuni, Savusavu, Labasa, Levuka, Moala, Gau and Nadi among its destinations, with online booking and timetables on northernair.com.fj.

Check-in: arrive 90 minutes before departure; the counter closes 30 minutes before.
Checked bag: one piece of 15 kg.
Excess baggage: FJD 10 per kg, one way, VAT inclusive.
Bulky items such as surfboards and golf clubs: FJD 150 each.
Other flights from Nausori
Nauru Airlines runs a weekly Nauru–Suva service, arriving on Thursdays and departing on Fridays (Nauru Airlines). Most international visitors to Fiji still arrive at Nadi.

Tips for a smooth flight from Nausori
Weigh your bags before you leave. Domestic allowances are small, and scales at home save repacking at the counter.
Check the cut-off on your ticket. Fiji Link's exact baggage and check-in rules depend on your fare, so confirm them on your booking.
Allow for Kings Road traffic. From central Suva the drive is about 45 minutes and longer at peak times (Wikipedia).
Book your ride the night before for a very early departure. Taxis are available at the airport for arrivals (Fiji Airports).
Keep medicines and valuables in your hand luggage. Small aircraft sometimes offload bags when weight is tight.
